The Headpiece is made of Japanese seed beaded leave, Swarovski crytsal pearl and shell flower
Production time currently is 7-10 business days (not including weekends). If you need your headpiece shipped sooner please purchase the "Rush Order" to move your headpiece to the top of my production list
Shipping
Purchased items are shipped via Hong Kong regular air mail, and it takes 14 working days for the delivery. Please note that customs fees or import duties might be assessed upon the arrival of an item to your destination country. They are responsible by the buyer.
Delivery
Most of the tailor made product will be made once the payment is well received, normally it takes 7-10 working days for the product ready for delivery, however some of the products are in stock, and it will be delivered once all the payment is completed. I will sent you the photo of the parcel once the package is ready to delivery.
Refund and Exchange

Although we do not accept returns, we do accept exchanges. Exchanges are accepted within five (5) days of receipt - meaning that the package must be postmarked and shipped back to our store within five (5) days of receipt of the original order. We highly recommend insuring the package. Buyer is to pay the shipping for the exchange. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchanged items must be in their original condition and not used or worn. Damaged, used or worn items will not be approved for an exchange.

1. Please do not wash, iron or dry clean the fabric flowers
2. Any contact with water or any other liquid and chemical might damage the flowers
3.Keep the fabric flowers in a spacious box with a lid to protect them from dust, moisture and direct sunlight.
