    Purchased items are shipped via Hong Kong regular air mail, and it takes 14 working days for the delivery. Please note that customs fees or import duties might be assessed upon the arrival of an item to your destination country. They are responsible by the buyer.

    Most of the tailor made product will be made once the payment is well received, normally it takes 14 working days for the product ready for delivery, however some of the products are in stock, and it will be delivered once all the payment is completed.

    Please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to making your purchase.
    Although we do not accept returns, we do accept exchanges. Exchanges are accepted within five (5) days of receipt - meaning that the package must be postmarked and shipped back to our store within five (5) days of receipt of the original order. We highly recommend insuring the package. Buyer is to pay the shipping for the exchange. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchanged items must be in their original condition and not used or worn. Damaged, used or worn items will not be approved for an exchange.
